Lato....the seaweed

huhu,,,i really wanted to share with u the seaweed thinging because i think it is very unique.  after surfing and do some research over the internet, i found out that this seaweed called LATO..can be found in Phillipines and also here in SABAH.
this is some info abt LATO

It’s commonly used in the Japanese restaurant here for relish with the raw fish they serve like sushi and sashimi.  The texture of lato is just like an 8th size of a grape and with like water inside, when you bite it, its crunchy and its like a bag of water that burst.
